Ijwi Pty – Terms & Conditions
These Terms and Conditions apply to all travel experiences, tours, and curated journeys offered by Ijwi Pty (“Ijwi”). By booking with us, you agree to comply with the policies outlined below.
1. Amendment Policy
At Ijwi, we understand that travel plans can evolve. We do our best to accommodate changes while ensuring service quality and partner coordination.
Amendment Terms:
• Request Notice:
All amendment requests must be submitted in writing via email to our official contact address.
• Timeline:
Amendments may be requested up to 14 days before the scheduled travel date.
• Approval:
All changes are subject to availability and must be approved by Ijwi.
• Fees:
Amendments made 14+ days before the trip: No additional fee.
Amendments made less than 14 days before the trip: may attract a processing fee of up to 10% of the total booking cost.
• Changes Allowed:
Date changes, accommodation upgrades, traveller details, and itinerary adjustments can be requested—subject to availability.
2. Cancellation Policy
We acknowledge that unforeseen circumstances may lead to cancellations. Our policy protects both the traveller and our service partners.
Cancellation Terms:
• Request Notice:
All cancellations must be submitted in writing.
• Timeline & Charges:
More than 30 days before departure: 10% cancellation fee
15–30 days before departure: 30% cancellation fee
7–14 days before departure: 50% cancellation fee
Less than 7 days before departure: No refund
• No Show:
Failure to arrive for the experience without prior notice results in no refund.
3. Refund Policy
Ijwi’s refund process prioritizes transparency and fairness.
Refund Terms:
• Eligibility:
Refunds apply only to cancellations within the timelines stated in the cancellation policy.
• Processing Time:
Refunds will be processed within 14 business days after approval.
• Refund Method:
Refunds will be issued using the original payment method.
• Non-Refundable Items:
These costs cannot be refunded:
Park or site entry fees
Flights (unless airline policy permits refunds)
Travel insurance
Third-party activities booked on the client’s behalf
• Force Majeure:
No refunds will be issued for disruptions caused by events beyond our control, including weather events, political instability, pandemics, or natural disasters.
4. Partial Payment Policy
To make travel planning easier, Ijwi offers flexible payment options.
Partial Payment Terms:
• Deposit:
A minimum deposit of 30% of the total package cost is required to secure a booking.
• Balance Payment:
The remaining balance must be paid at least 14 days prior to the travel date.
• Failure to Complete Payment:
If full payment is not received in time, the booking may be treated as a cancellation, and the deposit becomes non-refundable.
• Payment Plans:
Flexible payment arrangements may be made upon request and must be agreed upon in writing.
5. Data Protection Policy
Ijwi is committed to protecting your personal information and ensuring full privacy compliance.

We collect personal data necessary for bookings, including names, contact information, and passport details.
• Use of Data:
Data is used exclusively for:
Processing travel bookings
Coordinating with service partners
Communication related to your trip
Legal and regulatory compliance
• Data Sharing:
Your information will only be shared with relevant third parties essential to your travel—such as hotels, transport providers, and national parks.
Ijwi does not sell or trade customer data.
• Data Storage:
Your information is stored securely and retained only as long as necessary for legal and operational purposes.
• Client Rights:
You may request access, correction, or deletion of your data at any time via our official contact channels.
6. General Conditions
Travel Documents:
Travellers must ensure they have valid passports, visas, and any required health documents.
Travel Insurance:
We strongly recommend purchasing comprehensive travel insurance prior to departure.
Health & Safety:
Travellers are responsible for adhering to all health requirements, vaccination rules, and any applicable travel regulations.
Liability:
Ijwi is not responsible for personal injuries, loss of property, or incidents resulting from factors beyond our control, including third-party negligence, natural events, or political situations.
7. Acceptance of Terms
By booking any experience with Ijwi Pty, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and accepted these Terms and Conditions.
Ijwi reserves the right to update or modify these policies at any time without prior notice.
